By using MedSearch you agree to the terms below. These are intentionally short and plain-language for the beta.

Purpose

MedSearch helps you search PubMed and related sources, check legal full-text availability, and organise saved papers, PDFs, and notes. It is a research and literature-organisation tool — not a clinical decision-support system.

No medical advice

Content surfaced through MedSearch (titles, abstracts, links to publisher pages and PDFs) is provided for research purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it for patient care.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape publisher pages, or upload content you do not have the right to store.
Beta usage limits apply: maximum 50 MB per PDF, 20 attached PDFs per account, 500 saved papers per account, and a soft daily search cap.
Do not abuse upstream services (PubMed, Crossref, Unpaywall, Europe PMC); we rate-limit on their behalf.

Availability

MedSearch is provided as-is during beta, with no uptime guarantee. We may change, pause, or remove features at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of any notes, highlights, annotations, and PDFs you upload. You can delete them yourself at any time, or request full account deletion via the Delete account page.
